Your policy requires the prompt reporting of any incident. Therefore, if you or another Seaview Insurance Company Insured:

  • Become aware of an accident or incident causing damages or injuries

  • Participate in an event or occurrence which may lead to a covered claim

  • Receive verbal or written notice that a claim may be made against you

Act immediately and do the following:

  1. Get all the details including names, addresses and phone numbers of all parties involved

  2. Record the date, time and place of occurrence and the nature of the claim

  3. Preserve and safeguard any physical evidence, and incident details including:

    • Cell phone photos/videos taken at the scene

    • Witness Names and Phone Numbers

    • Other person involved Information including: Name, Company (if applicable), Address, Phone Numbers (home, business, and cell), nature of any property damage or injury.

  4. Do not make any commitments or attempt to handle the claim yourself
